This morning I woke up to a message about the Law of Compensation. I remember hearing about this law from Bob Proctor:
However, the message I got was more so related to something called a Financial set-point. This is the amount of money that you feel you are worthy of receiving.
So as I got the message this morning of Law of Compensation, I also heard the number $1 million. And then immediately heard other little voices chiming in.. ohhh that’s too big, how about $100,000 to start, then $500,000 then $1 million. To which my soul resolved- nope $1 million. You are worth it.
Have you ever done that before? Set a goal and then talked yourself out of it? I know I have. Around money & around lots of other things. The excuse monster rears it’s head and comes up with a million reasons why it’s not possible.
Well, the truth is, that we create our reality with our thoughts and beliefs. So if we constantly have a conversation with ourself about why we’re only worth this little amount or that there is a shortage of money, then clearly there is a belief somewhere deep inside of us that has told us that it is so. And it takes a lot of courage to step aside from the belief, confront it if you feel you must, or you can simply let it go, and declare what you are worth.
Sounds easy, and I know that I’ve done this dance many times before. And yet, this time, it feels different. It feels like there’s new fertile ground within me – a solid resolve that believes it is true. I feel like I stand a little taller, I feel stronger inside in this moment.
How did I get to this different place?
Well, there were a couple of different things. I’ve let go of my attachment of how money is going to show up, and trust that it will. This doesn’t mean that I’m spending wildly, however, I am trusting that when I’m guided to do something that the finances will all work out beautifully, and it has been. I’ve been romancing money rather than worrying about it. I appreciate it and accept it as a beautiful energy field that brings so much delight into my life. I’m letting more space in my head be focused on happiness, joy and fun. The culmination of this shift feels like some energy work I did on myself last night as I was drifting off to sleep. It felt like I was letting go of some lower vibrating energies from my solar plexus chakra. It’s almost like this morning I’m listening different, feeling stronger, more like myself and this has changed how I’m approaching my life too.
I truly believe that we are fully supported. We’re guided through this wonderful life experience, and it’s when we listen to the guidance, turn here, read this, touch that reach out to this person, that we discover a magical rhythm in our life.
So take some time to consider your relationship with money. Are you two buddies? Are you fearful of loosing it, clinging on to it like a desperate girlfriend? Do you trust money? Are you jealous of other people’s money and bringing that energy into your relationship with money.
If you are ready for this to shift- declare this. Say something like “I love money!” or “I am committed to having a joyous and fulfilling relationship with money!” whatever resonates with your heart, and then invite the universe to show you how amazing money is and be grateful for all that you see and discover.
