What are you holding on to: 3 tips to let go Fast!
Do you feel like your life is overloaded with stuff and to do’s piling up on your to do lists? Do you feel like you can’t get anything done? Do you feel like you are running in circles? You’re not alone. What you may not be aware of is the fact that you are holding on to too much stuff, which is preventing you from being able to make room for what you really want in your life. Here are 3 tips to become aware of what you are holding on to and how to let go.
What are you holding on to?
There is something from your past that is taking up way too much valuable space in your energy field right now. It may be showing up as physical stuff piled up in a corner, or strewn across your home; past emotional hurts; or old belief systems- whatever it is it’s overloading your energy field sending you in a tailspin so you can’t get anything done.

Stuff:
Notice what is piled up in a corner in your home. You don’t have to look for it, once you decide that you want to deal with it, your eyes will be drawn to it. It’s time to finally take care of it.
How to let go of Stuff: Either get it done or get rid of it. It will be way easier than you realize and it will free up so much of your life, very quickly.
Old belief systems:
Our old belief systems show up as patterns in our lives. Whether it’s dating the same type of guy, running in to the same problems at work, going on a diet Again or fighting the same battle over and over again with your sibling. It’s like a broken record that is skipping. And it keeps on skipping until you lift up the needle and move past it.
How to let go of Old Belief systems :
All you have to do is make a different choice. Here’s a mantra to support you when you notice a pattern coming up:
I am not my past, I let go of old energy to happily create my life and welcome in new opportunities for expansion. I choose who I am right now and in this moment, I am happy
Emotional Hurts:
This is the most sensitive one to address, but your awareness of it and moving through it also provides you with the greatest rewards. Our emotions are powerful indicators of who we are being in a moment. They show us where our vibration is. When we feel sad, angry, jealous, worried, disappointed, doubtful, pessimistic or frustrated, we are not standing in our truth. It’s like we’re on this wobbily ground of trying to fit in or please others- holding on to ideas that things are supposed to be a particular way. In those moments we are disconnected from our souls and our energy is very low.
Humans go through this all the time. I go through this emotional roller coaster too. When you are connected to your soul and know who you are and what your True Purpose is , you are unshakable. Other people’s voices and opinions do not sway you from your path. And you understand that souls are here to help and then they may need to move on to fulfill their Soul’s purpose. And it’s ok.
How to let go of emotional hurts: The more you love and accept yourself, and connect with your soul, the more positive you will feel and the less others will hurt you. Do things that make your soul sing- this is when you feel so amazingly good that you just want to do what you are doing forever. Whether it’s a walk in the woods, taking a bubble bath, or playing the guitar. The more time you spend feeling amazing, the less time you spend feeling horrible. Plus, you get the added benefit of being able to see the situation that was dragging you down from a new compassionate place of kindness. People are just doing the best that they can in that moment (even you), and when you realize this, you can be gentler on yourself and gentler in your reactions to others.
As you let go of all the stuff, emotions and beliefs that you are holding on to, you begin to make room for more of what you really want in life. More love, more abundance, more joy and more activities that make your heart sing.
