How to Easily Make Big Decisions- 3 easy steps
When there are many options swirling in your head for possibilities for a particular project or for choices of what to do next, how do you know which way to turn? What can you do to get clearer on the best possible outcome for you and those involved with the opportunity? Knowing how to easily make big decisions is as easy as 3 steps.
The key for easy decision making is to get to a centred place where you can best get the guidance you are seeking.
Taking 5 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth with your feet firmly planted on the ground (either standing or sitting). This will instantly help you become grounded and centred- the perfect place for you to be when you are making decisions.
Meditating every day is ideal (twice a day if you can even). If there is a day where you will be making a decision, be sure to take a little more time for meditating. Go a little deeper. You want to really connect with your soul to help you make the best choice for your life.
Be wise
Sometimes you can get too deep investigating so many different options to consider, our mind gets the better of us. Listen to your wise soul and know when to stop digging, or better yet, if you can surrender your question to the universe (consider how you phrase this question), and let it bring the solution/answer to you. You will always receive the best answer for you. In order for this to be effective, you need to truly surrender, trust, believe and be ready to receive.
It really is as simple as that. The deeper we get into various possibilities, the more confusion it feeds our brain. The simpler we keep our options, the easier it is for us to make a decision. I’m not suggesting that you don’t do due diligence and investigate things. I am suggesting that you consider stating what you need and staying calm so the solution can easily find you.
And always remember: it is impossible for you to make a “bad” decision. Every choice simply brings you an experience. When you look at each opportunity from that perspective it takes the stress out of things, and allows you to more easily choose with your heart.
