Do you feel unfulfilled with your life as you are currently experiencing it?

Perhaps you have a knot in your stomach, or your heart is in a wrench. Maybe you get this feeling of “this isn’t fun any more” and that you are simply going through the motions of life. You’re stressed to the max. Your breathing is constricted. And part of you wants to give up, but there’s this small spark inside of you that makes you certain that there are brighter days ahead. You simply have no idea how to find them.

Here’s what you need to do:

Surrender

Give yourself permission to discover something more.

Let go of the grip of control that you have on this life, and that things need to be a certain way.

Say the words out loud:

“I give myself permission to discover what makes my heart sing.”

Create the time and space to do this.

How?

For some people, it’s quitting everything right now, but that’s really only for a few.

For most, it’s a letting go.

It’s giving yourself the gift of less stress, less worry, less pressure.

Carve out at least 15 minutes each day to do something you love. Find another 10 minutes to get quiet and just let yourself be heard…. Meditate, journal, notice the thoughts and feelings that come up for you, when you don’t keep shoving them down or pushing them aside.

Get quiet and learn how to speak to that inner voice.

Start doing things that bring you joy, and that you feel called to do. Whether it’s volunteering at a hospice, taking belly dancing lessons, or trying sky diving. It doesn’t mean that you have to do any other these things professionally, but the joy you feel while you are doing what you love will ignite that spark that is inside of you and speak to you and guide you towards your soul’s purpose. You just need to learn the language of your soul.
